“When it came time to sell our mothers home, it was an emotional experience. It had been her home for over a decade and held so many great memories. “I needed to sell our home, there wasn't a lot of time and there were a number of things that needed to be done. Like many homes, our home had some really positive features and a few that needed to be addressed. 

Wednesday helped us focus on the things we needed to do in order to get it ready for sale and then she and her staffed followed through every step of the way. Given the age of the property, we agreed with Wednesday that it was a good idea to have the home professionally inspected ourselves. Her staff was right there when the inspection took place and remained completely up to speed on the entire process. They assisted us with addressing the issues that came up in the inspection, even to the point of making sure the contractors we used had access to the house when we were at work and not able to be there ourselves. 

Once the home was ready, Wednesday presented it exceptionally well, both online and off, and the response from interested buyers was excellent. We had a serious offer during the very first open house! It really made a difference that everyone was able to see how well our home was presented both online and in person.
